seems such a little step
upon the stage to make
muscles glowing from the oils
of a perfectly applied glaze
that little step took years to take
wasn't a quick, fast parade
much care and understanding
was needed for that stance to make
knowledge of how the body's built
and how it gains that perfect form
sinews tight, tissues bulging
posed in the textbook way
now ripples appear from nowhere
muscles show their wares today
the one who worked and listened to
those in the know gained ways
to make those meaty forms
impress those who view
the body tight, muscles right
scores upon the highest plateau's range
